You can secure your home at Elmwood with a total of 15% down. We require an initial deposit of $10,000 upon execution of the offer. The first deposit of 5% (less the initial deposit) is due upon firm deal. The second deposit of 5% is due January 31, 2024. The final deposit of 5% is due 730 days after your second deposit.

The big question.

Building a 38-storey concrete tower takes time, but the good news is that Elmwood will begin construction later this year! We are anticipating completion in the Spring of 2027.
